Join us for a jog in West Wichita followed by a Hot Yoga class at Hot Asana Yoga Studio! All levels of runners and yogis are welcome!

We meet at 7pm at the studio and set off in groups for your choice of 2-5 miles. Everyone meets back at Hot Asana Yoga Studio West Location for a Hot Slow Flow Yoga class at 8pm which will be $6 (half-priced) for anyone who ran that night with the Roga running group!
